

Hi, I’m Sensei Stann, and I’ve been on the martial path since I was 9 years old. At 15, I earned my black belt in American Karate and immediately started teaching—my first job ever. For the next 7 years, I lived in the dojo: teaching kids, leading classes, running summer camps, and mentoring students.
After a short break, I returned to Georgia and picked up where I left off—teaching and training again. In the past two years alone, I’ve:
Now, I train and teach full-time—offering private lessons, group classes, and fully custom programs for martial arts, strength, and self-defense.

What’s Next?
Sometime next year, I’ll earn my black belt in Shotokan Karate (a third black belt in Karate). Then I would like to explore Judo and Brazilian Jujitsu; as well as a style of karate that focuses on conditioning and kumite like Yoshukai or Kyokushin.
In terms of health and fitness, I would love to become CrossFit certified and explore Yoga and Pilates.
Ultimately, I plan to open a hybrid martial arts school and gym—a place where people can train in the mornings, attend traditional classes at night, and grow in body, mind, and spirit.
